These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vhago platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause set out below. Please read them carefully before using vhago services.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the vhago platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered members who actively use the betting, casino and payment services. By accessing vhago in any capacity, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
vhago reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, vhago will notify registered members via the email address on file or via a prominent in-platform notification. Continued use of the vhago platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and are effective from that date. Earlier versions are superseded in full by this document.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
The vhago platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, place a bet, access casino games or conduct any financial transaction on vhago. By completing the registration process, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 18+
In addition to the age requirement, eligibility to use vhago is subject to the following conditions:
- You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of wagering.
- You are accessing vhago for personal entertainment purposes only and not in a professional wagering capacity that violates applicable laws.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
- You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, director or officer of vhago, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless vhago has granted prior written consent.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from vhago or had your vhago account permanently closed due to a terms violation.
vhago conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process required before a player's first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. vhago may request additional documentation at any time where it has reasonable grounds to question a player's age or identity.
Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any funds credited to such an account that originated from the account holder will be returned to the verified payment method. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be voided and forfeited.
Account Registration
To access the full range of vhago services — including placing bets, playing casino games and making financial transactions — you must register a single personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number and preferred payment method.
One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one vhago account. Creating duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or different identities — is strictly prohibited. vhago employs technical and procedural measures to detect and close duplicate accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be confiscated and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided.
Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vhago login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. vhago will never ask you for your password via email, chat or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vhago immediately at support at vhago dot com so that protective action can be taken.
KYC verification: vhago is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires you to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document and, in some cases, proof of your registered payment method. KYC documentation submitted to vhago is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- All registration information must be truthful and accurate at the time of submission and kept up to date thereafter.
- vhago reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading or incomplete.
- Mobile number verification via OTP is required at registration and may be requested again during account recovery or security verification procedures.
- vhago does not accept registrations from automated scripts, bots or third-party registration services.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on vhago are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vhago does not impose currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. The following payment methods are accepted on the vhago platform:
- Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)
Deposits: The minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳200. Deposits via bank transfer carry a minimum of ৳1,000. Deposits are generally credited to your vhago account within 30 seconds for MFS methods and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times. vhago does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via MFS and ৳2,000 via bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are processed by vhago within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding security review on the account. Funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. vhago reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal where the amount is unusually large or the account history is flagged for review.
Bonus funds: Funds credited to your account as part of a promotional bonus are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specific to each promotion are stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on vhago are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules for cricket, football, kabaddi and other markets are published in the relevant section of the vhago platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
- Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until vhago's system issues a bet reference number and the stake is deducted from your account balance. vhago reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a pricing error has occurred.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation. VIP tier members may have elevated stake limits subject to individual account review.
- In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. vhago may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed on a suspended market will not be accepted and stakes will be returned.
- Void bets: A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where settlement data cannot be verified from an official source. Void bets are returned at the original stake with no winnings or losses applied.
- Settlement: Match and event outcomes are settled using official data sourced from recognised governing bodies (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.). In the event of a discrepancy between data sources, vhago's internal review team will determine the correct result. Settlement decisions made in good faith by vhago are final.
- Palpable errors: Where odds are published due to a manifest pricing error ("palpable error"), vhago reserves the right to void affected bets at the correct odds or at the stake price, regardless of whether the event has already been settled.
Cricket betting rules specifically: BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and Bangladesh Tigers international match betting is governed by ICC playing conditions and vhago's cricket-specific market rules. Where a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other factors, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results will be used for settlement where applicable.
Bonuses & Promotions
vhago offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
- Welcome bonus: New members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The qualifying deposit amount, bonus percentage, maximum bonus value and wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus are stated on the promotions page at the time of registration.
- Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and contribution rates are specified per promotion. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
- One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be held at any time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus balance.
- Abuse prevention: vhago monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or strategies designed to exploit bonus terms while minimising risk. Where bonus abuse is detected, vhago reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings and close the account.
- VIP loyalty programme: Members earn loyalty points on qualifying bets and spins. Points accumulate toward VIP tier thresholds (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). Benefits at each tier — including cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority and tournament access — are published on the vhago VIP programme page and are subject to change. VIP status is reviewed on a rolling 30-day activity basis.
- Expiry: All bonus offers have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will lapse automatically upon expiry. vhago is not obligated to reinstate an expired bonus.
Responsible Gaming
vhago is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the platform. Gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, and vhago provides a comprehensive suite of tools to help members maintain healthy play habits. These tools are available free of charge to all registered members and can be activated at any time from within the account settings panel.
- Deposit limits: Set a maximum amount you can deposit within a daily, weekly or monthly period. Reduction of a limit takes effect immediately. Increases to a limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling period before becoming active.
- Session time reminders: Configure on-screen alerts that notify you when you have been logged into vhago for a specified continuous duration. Reminders do not force a logout but prompt you to consider whether to continue.
- Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, place bets or access casino games. The suspension cannot be cancelled early.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from vhago. Once a self-exclusion is activated, your account is closed and re-registration under the same or any associated identity is blocked for the duration of the exclusion period. vhago will not send you marketing communications during a self-exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the vhago platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any non-human process to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform.
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account credentials.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with vhago.
- Exploiting errors, bugs or loopholes in the vhago platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed via vhago.
- Using the vhago platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity. vhago cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where such activity is suspected.
- Conducting arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit price discrepancies between vhago and other operators in a systematic manner intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing vhago staff, other players, or any third party in connection with use of the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to vhago's systems, databases, payment infrastructure or other technical components.
- Selling, transferring or otherwise dealing in vhago account balances, bonus entitlements or loyalty points to third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the vhago platform — including but not limited to the vhago brand name and logo, website design, user interface, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video and game content — is the property of vhago or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vhago platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any vhago content without prior written authorisation.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the vhago software or platform.
- Use any vhago trade marks, logos or branding in connection with any other product, service or business.
- Frame, mirror or deep-link to any part of the vhago platform without express written consent.
Game content provided by third-party software partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi is licensed to vhago for player use and remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Any use of game content outside the vhago platform is prohibited and may constitute infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vhago's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vhago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure or the cost of substitute services, even if vhago has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
vhago does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages or circumstances beyond vhago's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages, internet service provider failures or acts of government. vhago will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.
The vhago platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vhago makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, timeliness or accuracy of the platform or its content.
Account Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.
Closure by the player: You may request the closure of your vhago account at any time by contacting support at vhago dot com. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method. vhago will process a voluntary closure request within 5 business days. Note that account closure does not affect any outstanding bets, which will be settled in accordance with normal procedures.
Closure by vhago: vhago reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud or other unlawful financial activity.
- Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 of these Terms.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
- Request by a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Where an account is closed by vhago due to a terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no fraudulent activity occurred, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days. Balances in accounts closed for serious misconduct such as fraud or money laundering will not be returned and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Inactive accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. vhago will send a notification to the registered email address before applying any inactivity policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be applied to inactive accounts with a positive balance. The balance will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair commercial practice applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. vhago operates as an international online entertainment service accessible to Bangladeshi adults.
Dispute resolution: In the first instance, any dispute, complaint or concern regarding vhago's services, settlement decisions, payment processing or account management should be submitted to the vhago customer support team at support at vhago dot com. vhago will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days.
Escalation: If you are not satisfied with vhago's response to a complaint, you may request that the matter be escalated to vhago's senior compliance team for independent internal review. vhago will complete an escalated review within 20 business days of the escalation request.
Betting disputes: Disputes regarding the settlement of sports bets must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's settlement date. Disputes raised after this period will not be reviewed. vhago's settlement decisions, made in good faith based on verified official data, are final and binding once the dispute review period has lapsed.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vhago regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
